To request a certificate from MP Jeff Kibble for birthdays, anniversaries, significant achievements and milestones, please email our office at jeff.kibble@parl.gc.ca. Please include your full name, mailing address and email in the request.
We will also be happy to assist you in requesting certificates from the office of the Prime Minister, the Leader of the Official Opposition, and the Governor General.
Certificates can be requested from the Governor General for 90+ year birthdays and 50+ year anniversaries.
Certificates can be requested from both the Prime Minister and the Leader of the Official Opposition for 65+ birthdays (at 5-year intervals) and 25+ anniversaries (at 5-year intervals).
You can request certificates from the Member of Parliament for birthdays, anniversaries, and any other occasion.
Other Services We Can Help With
Canada Flags and Pins - Canada flags and pins are available to constituents, but due to limited quantities, priority is given to school groups, community groups, and similar organizations.
Question Period Tickets - If you would like to attend Question Period in Ottawa, you can contact Jeff's office for gallery tickets.
Parliamentary Tours - If you are planning on visiting Parliament Hill, guided tours can be arranged here.
